Financially, the position offers a competitive starting salary ranging from $16.25 to $17.65 per hour, along with commissions that can exceed $13,700 annually if all sales targets are met. Top performers have the opportunity to earn upwards of $62,460 per year thanks to uncapped commission potential. Individual starting salary is influenced by geography, experience, expertise, and education or training.
