Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to pass a background check upon job offer
- Strong customer service orientation
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are highly desirable but not mandatory
- Willingness to participate in training and coaching sessions

Job Duties
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through available wireless products and services

- Participate in community events and assist with filling online orders
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to build relationships and drive sales
- Work a flexible schedule between 9am and 9pm, including weekends, to ensure customer availability
