The current opening is for a Bilingual (Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist at a public charter school located in Washington, DC. This position is temporary with the potential for extension or permanent employment. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact at the school’s front desk, handling visitor access and queries from families, staff, and outside callers. The receptionist will manage essential front office procedures including sign-in and sign-out of visitors and students, supporting family communication, and assisting with daily school operations such as attendance monitoring and enrollment documentation. Proficiency in Spanish and the ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English are critical for this role, as it supports the needs of a diverse school community.
