Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, phone-based or customer-facing environment
  • Experience in call center or customer-facing role preferred
  • Ability to work all shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimum 10 Mbps downstream and 5 Mbps upstream
  • Dedicated quiet workspace free from interruptions
  • Comfortable ergonomic workspace
  • Must pass background screening
  • Minimum typing skills of 30 WPM/80 percent accuracy
  • Pass computer assessment prior to interview
  • Complete 100 percent of training within 90 days

Job Qualifications

  • Proven customer service skills with patience and empathy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work all shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays within contact center hours
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must pass background check
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with 80 percent accuracy
  • Must pass computer assessment with a score above 80 percent prior to interviewing
  • Commitment to complete 100 percent of training within first 90 days

Job Duties

  • Answer inbound calls from stranded rental vehicle customers needing emergency roadside assistance
  • Assess each customer's situation to determine the best solution such as towing, roadside repair, or other support
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely assistance
  • Follow up with customers to confirm help was received and ensure their safety and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and services provided
