This position is for an Assistant Store Manager role located at the Whitehall, PA kiosk in the Lehigh Valley Mall. The employment type is full-time with regular office hours, typically 40 hours per week. The salary range for this role is $47,500 to $71,300 annually, with the potential to earn over $18,000 in commissions if all sales targets are achieved. The company may offer additional starting pay to bilingual candidates who speak Spanish and English, recognizing the value of effective communication in serving diverse customers.

As an Assistant Store Manager at AT&T retail, you will be a vital leader responsible for overseeing daily store operations and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
  • three plus years of sales or customer service experience in telecommunications or related field
  • prior management experience required

  • ability to work full-time 40 hours per week
  • willingness to participate in off-site promotional events
  • capability to analyze issues and implement solutions
  • eligibility to work legally in the USA
