The Answering Service Agent role at ASC is a vital position where the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional bilingual (English and Spanish) customer support to clients across various industries. These agents are instrumental in representing the company’s mission to create seamless connections between businesses and their customers through tailored communication solutions that foster lasting relationships and consistently exceed expectations. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy, following industry-specific scripts and guidelines, performing lead intakes, scheduling appointments, transferring calls, and dispatching messages with precision. Job Requirements
