The Answering Service Agent role at ASC focuses on delivering exceptional bilingual Spanish support to clients from a variety of industries including medical, real estate, legal, home services, contractors, finance, technology, and business services. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with warmth and professionalism, following industry-specific call scripts, accurately gathering and documenting information during lead intakes, scheduling appointments, transferring calls appropriately, and dispatching messages efficiently. Agents also navigate multiple systems while maintaining clear call documentation and provide outstanding customer service with empathy and patience. This position offers competitive wages starting at $15.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on location, with weekly performance bonuses starting at an additional $2.75 per hour, and weekly direct deposit payments. Job Requirements

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
