Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail or supply chain management
- ability to stand or walk up to 9 hours per day
- effective communication skills using speech, vision, and hearing
- regular use of hands for grasping and fine manipulations
- ability to bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach regularly
- ability to lift, carry, push, or pull weights up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Conduct business-to-business sales focused on Spanish-speaking customers
- execute the TRS process including building brand awareness, assessing customer needs, exceeding expectations, and building loyalty
- perform cashier functions and assist customers with loading products
- maintain store cleanliness and merchandising, restock shelves, and manage incoming inventory
- analyze inventory for product availability and reorder status
- promote private label brands to maximize gross profit
- educate customers on competitive advantages and the company's brick-and-click business model
