The Bilingual Hospitality Professional role at The Restaurant Store is a vital position focused on serving the Spanish-speaking customer base with exceptional service and support. This role operates within a retail branch location and is instrumental in achieving operational goals by implementing effective customer service strategies. The Bilingual Hospitality Professional is responsible for conducting business-to-business sales, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and executing a proven customer service process that emphasizes brand awareness, needs assessment, exceeding expectations, and building loyalty.

In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks including cashier functions, assisting customers with loading products, maintaining the store's appearance through cleaning and merchandising, and managing inventory to ensure product availability. A unique aspect of this position is promoting private label brands to maximize profitability and educating customers on the advantages of The Restaurant Store's offerings. Additionally, this role requires a strong understanding of the company's brick-and-click business model to guide customers in navigating both the physical store and the online platform.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail or supply chain management
  • ability to stand or walk up to 9 hours per day
