Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail or supply chain management
  • ability to stand or walk up to 9 hours per day
  • effective communication skills using speech, vision, and hearing
  • regular use of hands for grasping and fine manipulations
  • ability to bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach regularly
  • ability to lift, carry, push, or pull weights up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • experience with CRM systems and project management tools

Job Duties

  • Conduct business-to-business sales focused on Spanish-speaking customers
  • execute the TRS process including building brand awareness, assessing customer needs, exceeding expectations, and building loyalty
  • perform cashier functions and assist customers with loading products
  • maintain store cleanliness and merchandising, restock shelves, and manage incoming inventory
  • analyze inventory for product availability and reorder status
  • promote private label brands to maximize gross profit
  • educate customers on competitive advantages and the company's brick-and-click business model
