The current opportunity is for a part-time Color Mixer Specialist position located at Store #3945, 4090 Lakeland Ave. N., Robbinsdale, MN 55422, with a starting pay of $16.68 per hour or based on relevant experience. As a Color Mixer Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a crucial role in meeting customer needs by tinting and mixing paint to precise specifications while working closely with both wholesale and retail customers. This role demands a strong customer service focus, ensuring that every customer receives accurate advice and solutions tailored to their projects. You will be responsible for maintaining high product quality and store visual standards, staying up-to-date on product features, and helping the store achieve its sales goals consistently.

In addition to color mixing, the Color Mixer Specialist will prepare drawdowns for customer approvals, maintain work order files and formulas, and manage inventory by pulling products from sales floors or warehouses and restocking shelves. Collaboration with store operations includes cleaning and maintaining equipment, processing sales transactions according to company policies, and assisting in loading and unloading delivery trucks or making deliveries as needed. You will engage directly with customers in person and over the phone, helping determine their paint and product needs, answering questions, and recommending appropriate Sherwin-Williams products and services.

This position requires contact with customers, including minors, and involves handling cash and electronic payment methods, personal information, store merchandise, and other valuables.
