Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with no overnight shifts
- Availability to work weekends
- Bilingual
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a healthcare facility or with insurance providers is preferred

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a healthcare facility such as a medical office, urgent care, or ER is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills

Job Duties
- Compassionately greeting and assisting patients
- Accurately inputting patient information
- Verifying insurance and collecting copays
- Answering incoming calls with care
- Managing patient check-in and check-out processes
- Scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date patient records
