Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts with no overnight shifts
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Bilingual
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a healthcare facility or with insurance providers is preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Compassionately greeting and assisting patients
  • Accurately inputting patient information
  • Verifying insurance and collecting copays
  • Answering incoming calls with care
  • Managing patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries
  • Maintaining organized and up-to-date patient records
