Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or cash handling preferred

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service involving receipt and payment of cash in a high volume sales environment
- Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services
- Follow established policies in accordance with the bank and supervisor’s direction
- Achieve monthly new account production goals assigned by management
- Participate in in-store aisle prospecting in an active sales environment
- Process deposits and payouts accurately in line with bank procedures and balance operations
- Receive cash and checks, verify amounts, and examine cash for counterfeit measures
- Enter transactions into computer systems and issue customer receipts
- Sell and prepare money orders, cashier’s checks, bank-to-bank wires, and certificates of deposit
- Process western union wires and cash advances
- Cross-sell bank services and products
- Provide services to a diverse customer base including Spanish speakers
- Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisors related to bank functions
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
- Adhere to approval limits based on established authority levels
