With a rich history of innovation, quality, and customer focus, Sherwin-Williams offers a stable yet dynamic environment where employees are encouraged to grow their careers while making a tangible difference in their communities and beyond.
At Sherwin-Williams, your work will contribute to making places and spaces brighter and stronger through innovative solutions and superior products. The company values its employees greatly and supports their growth through comprehensive benefits, learning opportunities, and a welcoming, inclusive culture. The position starts at $19.75 per hour, reflecting Sherwin-Williams' commitment to fair and competitive compensation.
The Customer Service Specialist role is vital to Sherwin-Williams' mission of delivering exceptional service and quality. Specialists work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer product-related questions, and recommend the best solutions, ensuring that each customer’s experience is positive and satisfying. Responsibilities include maintaining product and store standards, meeting sales goals, and offering excellent service that builds long-term client relationships.
This position requires handling cash and payment methods, interacting with a diverse set of customers including minors, and working with store merchandise and equipment, which necessitates a commitment to ethical standards and safety. Candidates must be aware that a criminal background check will be conducted to protect all stakeholders and the company’s reputation.

Being part of this team means having the opportunity to learn, develop new skills, and advance within the organization. The company invests in its employees not just for their current roles but with a vision for their future, offering rewards, benefits, and flexibility designed to enhance health and well-being, as well as a strong connection to the workplace community. Whether you aspire to grow your career or enrich your skill set, Sherwin-Williams is dedicated to helping you make the most of your potential.
The hiring process includes an online application, a convenient digital video interview with behavioral questions, and an in-person interview at one of the company’s retail or wholesale locations. This streamlined process ensures that candidates are fully informed and prepared as they join a leading brand in the paint and coatings industry.
