Benefits are comprehensive, supporting employees' health, retirement planning, well-being, and work-life balance.

The hiring process includes an online application, a digital video interview, and an in-store interview to ensure candidates are a good fit for this hands-on, customer-focused role. Sherwin-Williams emphasizes a safe and supportive workplace, complying with federal and local laws to protect both customers and employees, and encourages candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.
