Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak fluently)
- previous experience in a legal secretary, receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role
- strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced legal environment
- professionalism and discretion with confidential information
- strong organizational and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish required (read, write, and speak fluently)
- previous experience as a legal secretary, receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role required
- immigration law experience is preferred but not required
- strong customer service and client communication skills
- excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills in both English and Spanish
- proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and related document-creation applications
- strong computer literacy and ability to learn legal software programs

Job Duties
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- schedule consultations, appointments, and maintain office calendars
- assist with client intake and collection of required documentation
- draft, prepare, and review correspondence and legal-related documents
- handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, faxes, and packages
- maintain accurate filing systems and client records
- perform data entry and maintain information within case management systems
- assist attorneys, legal assistants, and management with administrative support
- process payments, invoices, and other clerical duties as assigned
- maintain confidentiality and comply with office policies and procedures
