Job Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
  • proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • high school diploma or GED
  • prior reception experience preferred
  • computer proficiency including typing proficiency
  • diligence and attention to detail
  • excellent written and verbal communication
  • experience in law firm preferred
  • physical ability to walk on uneven surfaces
  • capable of lifting up to 15lbs
  • able to occasionally use a step stool
  • able to sit at a desk for prolonged periods
  • able to use a telephone and keyboard for prolonged periods
  • able to stand and file for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

  • paralegal certificate or degree in legal studies encouraged

Job Duties

  • Bilingual communication in Spanish and English, answering and routing phone calls, performing client intake and greeting clients, data entry and opening new client records, filing paperwork and managing document organization, maintaining office supplies and cleanliness, assisting with mail handling and office maintenance issues
