Job Duties

  • Lead, coach, and motivate kitchen team members to perform at a high level
  • Communicate clearly and consistently in both English and Spanish to ensure understanding, teamwork, and efficiency
  • Oversee food preparation to ensure quality, freshness, speed, and accuracy
  • Maintain Chick-fil-A food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing development and feedback
  • Monitor productivity, labor, and food waste to meet operational goals
  • Ensure proper use and care of kitchen equipment
  • Step into various kitchen positions as needed during peak hours
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work culture
