As an Inside Sales Associate at ABC Supply, you will play a vital role in supporting customers by helping them purchase the precise building products needed for their roofing, building, and remodeling projects. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver world-class customer service with a sales-oriented approach, combining knowledge of ABC Supply’s vast product offerings with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 4:30 PM, engaging directly with customers to understand their project requirements and recommending the ideal products and solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to be part of a dynamic, winning team.

Your daily activities will involve answering customer inquiries, entering sales orders efficiently, coordinating order pickups with the warehouse, and ensuring all materials are delivered accurately and on time. You will also be responsible for upselling additional supplies, maintaining well-stocked inventory by reordering products as necessary, and addressing any service concerns with professionalism and attention to detail. This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate between $20 and $25, based on experience and qualifications.
