We are currently seeking a skilled Bilingual Receptionist to join the professional team at Poly-America. This full-time position plays a vital role in maintaining effective communication and administrative operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, capable of leveraging strong communication skills to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Beyond greeting guests, this role encompasses handling confidential files with discretion, performing heavy data entry, and managing efficient filing systems. Additionally, the receptionist will assist in the recruiting process, contributing to the company’s talent acquisition efforts.

The Bilingual Receptionist must possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and demonstrate the ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred, ensuring the candidate can confidently handle phone calls and various clerical duties. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Experience in receptionist or administrative duties preferred
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
