Job Description

Mountain View Pain Center (MVPC) is a premier comprehensive and multidisciplinary pain management group dedicated to providing exceptional care aimed at relieving pain and restoring patient function and overall wellness. Our establishment stands out due to its team of providers who are leaders in their respective fields, with several physicians being double-board certified in Pain Medicine. The unique approach at MVPC revolves around a physician-led multidisciplinary team that blends various pain care modalities, offering patients a broad range of services that address their specific needs. These services include chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, physical therapy, interventional pain treatments, medication management, and regenerative therapy. This integrated and patient-centered care model ensures that each patient receives a personalized treatment plan designed to enhance quality of life and promote healing in a supportive environment.

The role available is that of a bilingual front desk receptionist at Mountain View Pain Center, based at our busy medical office, functioning as the essential first point of contact for all patients. This position is quintessential in setting a welcoming and professional tone for anyone entering the clinic. The ideal candidate is someone who is warm, highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in fast-paced, people-focused settings. The front desk receptionist must be capable of managing various tasks such as greeting patients and visitors courteously, scheduling and confirming appointments, and handling insurance details and co-payments efficiently.

In addition, the role involves managing incoming communication, including answering calls, checking voicemails, and either assisting or directing inquiries accurately to appropriate personnel. The candidate is also responsible for making outbound calls to reschedule missed or canceled appointments, as well as scanning and uploading patient documents with precision. This position demands excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, with bilingual fluency in English and Spanish being a mandatory requirement to serve our diverse patient community effectively.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday during clinic hours, with Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with no weekend work required. This position is 100% onsite, offering an engaging team environment within the clinic. The hourly pay rate ranges from $18.50 to $20.00, reflecting the professional nature and requirements of the job. Joining Mountain View Pain Center means becoming part of a dedicated team that values patient care excellence, collaboration, and professional growth in a supportive, multidisciplinary setting.
