Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of office support experience, preferably in construction
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, customers, and clients in a professional manner
  • Answer phones and take messages, delivering to the correct recipient
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed
  • Create and update spreadsheets in Excel
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and job site coordination
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
  • Support project managers and office staff with clerical tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, work orders, and other documents
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients
