The position requires flexibility to work a 40-hour week, mainly outside of traditional business hours, including some Saturdays. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a requirement, reflecting the company's diverse customer base.

Empower's culture focuses on inclusion and collaboration, supported by Business Resource Groups (BRGs), which use employee engagement to foster community and diversity across the company. The company offers a range of benefits designed to support a balanced lifestyle including medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage, a 401(k) plan with generous matching contributions, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, volunteer time, and comprehensive leave programs.

The salary range for this position is $39,700 to $54,550 annually, with additional bonuses available for non-sales roles based on performance.
