The Field Store Associate is pivotal in driving and increasing sales specifically within the Paint and Pro departments. This role requires engagement with customers to generate leads, implement effective sales and marketing programs, manage merchandising, and provide outstanding customer service.

As a Field Store Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of product presentation and store appearance, ensuring that the color wall and back stock are well organized and stocked. The position involves customer interaction, which may include minors, as well as handling cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, and store merchandise. Safety and compliance, including a criminal background review, are important parts of the hiring process to protect company operations and customer well-being.

In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador for Sherwin-Williams and its subsidiary brand Valspar, promoting product strengths and standards to both Lowe's customers and associates. Your responsibilities include assisting customers by determining their needs, presenting appropriate products, building productive relationships, tinting and mixing products to specifications when needed, and supporting Lowe's Pro Desk operations. You will also play a key role in training Lowe's associates on product knowledge and application methods, completing eLearning modules, and keeping HR compliance up to date.
