Currently, InterSolutions is seeking a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant to join one of their property management partners in Colorado Springs. This role is uniquely designed for individuals who are fluent in both English and Spanish and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in providing a seamless and welcoming leasing experience to prospective and current residents. You will be responsible for greeting guests, giving property tours, assisting with leasing paperwork, and communicating all community and lease policies clearly. Your role is vital in supporting the property's occupancy goals by closing leads effectively and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the leasing process.
Additionally, the job entails collecting rent and security deposits, following up with prospective residents, managing lease renewals, and using creative marketing techniques to attract new residents. This position reports directly to the property manager and offers a dynamic work atmosphere where excellent communication skills and bilingual fluency are highly valued. Job Requirements
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish

- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel and exposure to social media
- Knowledge of leasing software is a plus including Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, MRI, etc
- Ability to work weekends as required

Job Duties
- Greet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and close leads
- Assist new residents with leasing paperwork including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checks
- Collect security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident move-ins
- Communicate all lease and community policies to new and current residents
- Follow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease
- Ensure apartments are move-in ready by inspecting and adding last-minute touches when appropriate
- Seek out new residents with creative marketing techniques
- Manage the lease renewal process and retention efforts
- Promptly respond to calls, emails, and inquiries
