Known for their commitment to quality and customer service excellence, Uline operates with a focus on delivering fast, friendly, and customer-focused solutions to meet the diverse needs of their clients. The company culture emphasizes growth, professional development, and a collaborative work environment, making it a reputable and attractive place to build a rewarding career.

The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist role at Uline’s California branch in Ontario presents an excellent career opportunity for motivated individuals seeking full-time employment with competitive compensation. This position offers a pay range from $30 to $35 per hour, including a $4 shift differential for overnight hours worked from 9 PM to 5:30 AM, Friday through Tuesday. Additionally, new hires will undergo an extensive training period lasting approximately six to seven months, during which training occurs during the day from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The overnight role then begins post-training, allowing employees to transition into a fully supported and structured overnight schedule.

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will be central to Uline’s mission of providing legendary service. Your primary responsibility will be to process customer orders accurately, recommend products, and handle account inquiries using Uline’s world-class technology platforms. This role requires you to become a product and solutions expert, enabling you to answer questions related to products, pricing, and shipping promptly and confidently. You will build strong business relationships with customers using various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Understanding customer needs and guiding them towards the best Uline solutions is critical in this role. Furthermore, helping customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering system enhances the overall customer experience.

Uline supports your growth through in-depth training programs designed to enhance communication and problem-solving capabilities. The company offers a professional and collaborative environment where one-on-one peer mentoring is available, providing ample room for career development. Employees also benefit from regular team events that foster connection and a positive workplace culture. As a drug-free workplace with a strict pre-employment hair follicle drug screening, Uline maintains a safe and supportive work environment for all.

This role is on-site at the California branch, emphasizing the importance of in-person collaboration and engagement with team members. Uline’s employee perks include best-in-class, clean, and modern facilities, along with access to a first-class fitness center and nearby walking paths. Benefits are comprehensive, including complete health insurance coverage, a 401(k) plan with a 6% employer match effective from day one, multiple bonus programs, paid holidays, generous paid time off, and professional continuing education through a tuition assistance program. Uline’s commitment to equal employment opportunity, diversity, and inclusion further underscores its dedication to maintaining a fair and inclusive workplace.
