The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist position at Uline’s California Branch in Ontario, CA, offers a dynamic opportunity for professionals fluent in both English and Spanish. This full-time role primarily covers overnight hours Friday through Tuesday from 9 PM to 5:30 AM, with an initial training period during weekday day shifts lasting approximately six to seven months. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent bilingual in English and Spanish both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
  • Ability to work overnight shifts Friday through Tuesday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM
  • Willingness to complete training program Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM for approximately 6-7 months
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
