The company is known for its fast, friendly, and customer-focused approach, offering products that are essential for a wide range of businesses. Uline prides itself on maintaining a drug-free workplace and insists on all new hires completing a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening to ensure a safe and productive environment. This position is fully on-site at Uline's California branch located at 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA 91762.

The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist role at Uline is a full-time overnight position offering pay from $30 to $35 per hour, including a $4 shift differential, with significant growth and earning potential. The work schedule runs from Friday to Tuesday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM, with training hours held during the day from Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, lasting approximately six to seven months. This role is critical because it directly supports Uline's mission to deliver legendary customer service that customers love.

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will engage closely with customers to process orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology. You will become an expert on Uline's products and solutions, enabling you to answer questions about products, pricing, and shipping quickly and confidently. This role requires building strong business relationships through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. You will also help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering system, ensuring their needs are met with the best solutions Uline offers.

Uline supports professional growth with in-depth training designed to sharpen your communication and problem-solving skills. The environment offers one-on-one peer mentoring and ample opportunity for career advancement. Employees connect with their teams through a collaborative and engaging in-person setting bolstered by regular team events. Besides a competitive wage, the position comes with complete health insurance coverage, a 401(k) with an employer match starting on day one, multiple bonus programs, paid holidays, generous paid time off, and a Tuition Assistance Program covering continuing education. Benefits also include employee perks such as access to best-in-class modern facilities and a first-class fitness center with a nearby walking path.

Joining Uline means becoming part of a company that values its employees and fosters a professional yet supportive culture that rewards hard work, encourages growth, and prioritizes the customer experience. If you are bilingual in English and Spanish and are eager to deliver outstanding service in a dynamic overnight shift, this position offers both a stable career path and the chance to thrive in a leading organization.
