Offering competitive pay ranging from $30 to $35 per hour, including a $4 shift differential, this opportunity presents significant growth and earning potential within a professionally nurturing environment.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will engage directly with customers to provide exceptional service by processing orders, addressing account inquiries, and offering tailored product recommendations. The role offers extensive opportunities for professional growth through one-on-one peer mentoring in a collaborative, in-person setting. Regular team events foster strong connections among colleagues, enhancing the work environment and promoting a sense of community. The company values employees as its greatest asset and demonstrates this through its comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, 401(k) plans with employer match, multiple bonus programs, paid holidays, generous paid time off, and tuition assistance for continuing education.

Working at Uline means joining a stable, successful company known for its best-in-class, clean, and modern facilities equipped with a first-class fitness center and nearby walking paths to promote employee wellness. The position requires employees to be onsite, contributing to a dynamic and engaging workplace where teamwork and customer satisfaction are prioritized.
