The role of Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Overnights) at Uline offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering legendary customer service. This full-time position operates overnight from Friday to Tuesday, from 9 PM to 5:30 AM, with an extensive training period during daytime hours, approximately six to seven months long, held Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Candidates in this role will be compensated with pay ranging from $30 to $35 per hour, including a $4 shift differential for overnight hours, and there is substantial potential for career growth and increased earnings.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be utilizing world-class technology to process customer orders, make product recommendations, and manage account inquiries efficiently. Your expertise will expand to become a product and solutions expert, enabling you to expertly answer questions about Uline’s diverse product range, pricing, and shipping options with confidence and accuracy. Building strong business relationships with customers will be a core part of your daily duties, interfacing through phone, email, and chat to ensure excellent service.

Understanding customer needs is central to this role, as you will recommend the best-fitting solutions from Uline’s extensive catalog. You will also guide customers through navigating the company’s website and online ordering system, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.
