The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights role based in Uline's California Branch in Ontario, CA, is a dynamic position designed for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $30 to $35 per hour, supplemented by a $4 shift differential, and significant growth and earning potential. This full-time opportunity is scheduled from Friday to Tuesday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM, with an initial training period conducted during day shifts, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, lasting approximately six to seven months.

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at Uline, you will play a crucial role in upholding the company’s legendary service standards. You will interact daily with customers, helping process orders, addressing inquiries, and providing expert knowledge on products, pricing, and shipping solutions. Uline equips its specialists with world-class technology to offer prompt and accurate assistance. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, enabling seamless communication with a diverse customer base via phone, email, and chat. The position fosters strong relationship-building skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of customer needs to recommend the most suitable Uline solutions.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

  • Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology
  • Be a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat
  • Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions
  • Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering
