This role requires managing inquiries about policy coverage, billing, updates, and providing tailored recommendations for customers. Compensation for this role starts at $19.06 to $23.82 per hour, translating to an annual salary range of $38,405.90 to $47,997.30. This compensation package also includes additional differentials for bilingual skills, evening shifts, and weekends. - Ability to work in a high-volume call center environment
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience required
- 3+ years preferred
- Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred
- Active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred
- Fluency in Spanish and English required
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and empathy skills
- Skilled in problem-solving
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
