- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with mortgage terminology preferred

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing concerns and resolving issues with precision and care in both Spanish and English
- Assist with administration of single-family home loans with accuracy and efficiency
- Actively listen to customers offering education and support to help them navigate their mortgage journey
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and security when handling client information
- Redirect calls to the appropriate agents queues or departments ensuring seamless communication
- Perform other job duties as assigned
