We are currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Loan Servicing Department. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our customers by addressing their mortgage-related inquiries and providing them with clear, accurate information. You will be responsible for assisting customers with questions regarding mortgage payments, taxes, and insurance, all while ensuring a positive and informative experience. Your ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English will be crucial in serving a diverse customer base and fostering trust and understanding.

As a key team member, you will engage directly with customers, helping them navigate the complexities of their mortgage journey with patience and professionalism. You will handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and adhere to security standards, ensuring that client data is always protected. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The pay rate for this position is $19.00 per hour, with an expectation to work 40 hours per week in an in-person work environment, allowing you to collaborate closely with your colleagues.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with mortgage terminology preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service addressing concerns and resolving issues with precision and care in both Spanish and English
  • Assist with administration of single-family home loans with accuracy and efficiency
  • Actively listen to customers offering education and support to help them navigate their mortgage journey
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and security when handling client information
  • Redirect calls to the appropriate agents queues or departments ensuring seamless communication
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
