This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.50 for English-speaking representatives and $17.50 for bilingual Spanish speakers, with paid training provided from day one. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be entrusted with the vital responsibility of managing inbound customer inquiries primarily related to tolling and administrative issues. Your role will involve answering calls, providing detailed product and service information, and assisting customers with empathy and professionalism to effectively resolve their questions and concerns. This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to navigate multiple applications to find solutions quickly.
In addition to direct customer interaction, you will be expected to perform administrative tasks such as processing transactions through mainframe or web-based systems, submitting research requests concisely, and maintaining thorough knowledge of company policies, client programs, and technology. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal requirements concerning customer data is paramount.
Success in this role requires a strong work ethic, effective problem-solving skills, and the capacity to remain calm and composed during high-volume call periods. The structured schedule demands a commitment to consistent attendance, especially throughout the three to five weeks of paid training. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to submit to a background check
- must be able to work Monday-Friday 10:15am-7:15pm and Saturday 7:45am-2:15pm
- must commit to 100% attendance for three to five weeks of paid training

Job Duties
- Respond to all tolling and/or administration related customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and leveraging resources available through people, customer records, and knowledge management systems
- Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided complete and accurate information
- Process required transactions via mainframe or web-based applications
- Submit research requests in a concise yet accurate manner
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology
- Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals
- Provide support to other positions/operations in cases during heavy workloads or absences
