The Customer Service Representative role at SRS Building Products in Huntsville is a critical position focused on delivering exceptional service and fostering strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferences include prior sales experience, strong multitasking capabilities, and a passion for building materials.
