Job Description
TTEC is a global consulting, technology, and managed services company dedicated to helping brands deliver smarter, more human customer experiences through the innovative use of data, artificial intelligence, and technology. Their mission is to connect people and brands in meaningful and impactful ways every day. Recognized as a Great Place to Work in the United States, TTEC prides itself on fostering an inclusive culture, where diversity and equity are valued and employees feel a true sense of belonging. The company is committed to inspiring and empowering its workforce to reach their full potential by providing opportunities for professional growth, continuous learning, and a supportive environment that nurtures career advancement.
This exciting opportunity is for a Spanish-English Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative to work remotely. This role is designed for individuals passionate about helping others and who want to elevate their career by combining their bilingual skills with their customer service and sales experience. In this position, you will initially engage customers by providing empathetic, compassionate support and accurate information. You will respond to inquiries, consult and recommend products, and actively listen to identify each customer's unique needs. What sets this role apart is the clear path it offers to becoming a licensed healthcare insurance agent. TTEC invests in your professional development by covering the costs of state licensing exams, licensing fees, and continuing education credits to help you succeed. While studying, you will earn a base wage of sixteen dollars per hour, and once licensed, you will receive a pay increase along with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
As a licensed insurance agent, your responsibilities will include assisting clients in understanding and selecting appropriate insurance coverages, providing full lifecycle customer service, handling inbound and outbound communications, and identifying additional coverage opportunities. This remote role requires you to have strong computer skills and a reliable high-speed internet connection. The position is specifically available to residents of Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah, reflecting regulatory considerations. Your day-to-day experience will involve engaging with diverse clients, making a genuine difference in their lives by ensuring they have the right healthcare insurance coverage tailored to their individual needs.
Beyond the job duties, TTEC supports your career with a range of benefits including free licensing courses that you will be paid to attend, comprehensive support through instructor-led, virtual training sessions via webcam, and access to a global community of learners. TTEC emphasizes a culture where giving back to the community is encouraged and where teamwork, curiosity, and lifelong learning thrive. Their commitment to ethical standards is reflected in the need for integrity in handling sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines. This role reports to a team lead and is regularly available, making it a great opportunity for bilingual individuals seeking remote work in the insurance sales and customer service field. TTEC truly values its employees and strives to make the workplace not only productive but also fulfilling and rewarding.
