The organization specializes in providing resources, education, and connection opportunities that empower underserved communities, with a focus on grassroots engagement and personalized advocacy. Working at Family Solutions means joining a team that values teamwork, dynamic community involvement, and the desire to build lasting relationships with local stakeholders, mental health professionals, and residents alike.

Being bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred to better serve Houston's bilingual population and to strengthen communication with a broad audience. This role requires a proactive approach to connecting individuals with vital mental health resources, working closely with community leaders and stakeholders to foster synergy and collaborative initiatives.

Family Solutions also values candidates with backgrounds in social work, nonprofit management, social activism, or community outreach, who bring relevant experience in organizing events, building partnerships, and developing creative marketing strategies. The coordinator will serve as a critical link between the organization and the community, leveraging both outreach and marketing skills to enhance Family Solutions' visibility, impact, and ability to fulfill its mission. Family Solutions provides a supportive and growth-oriented environment, offering benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement plans with matching, and disability coverage.
