Job Description

LSCRE is a dynamic property management company dedicated to creating exceptional living environments and fostering community through strong leadership and dedicated service. As a leader in the real estate management sector, LSCRE operates numerous properties with a focus on operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and financial integrity. The company emphasizes a culture of curiosity, growth, and mentorship, ensuring that its team leaders are equipped with the necessary knowledge and support to thrive in their roles. LSCRE values leaders who not only manage but inspire their teams, creating vibrant, safe, and welcoming communities for residents to call home.

The role of Community Manager at LSCRE is a key leadership position responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of residential properties. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 per year and includes a comprehensive benefits package. The Community Manager acts as the heartbeat of the property, bringing structure, leadership, and accountability to their teams while striving to deliver exceptional resident experiences. This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate property operations, guide staff development, and maintain strict compliance with housing regulations and financial policies. Residents should feel valued and satisfied due to responsive service and consistent quality, leading to high renewal rates and positive referrals. The Community Manager empowers their team by setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and holding team members accountable to maintain excellent performance. Financially, you will ensure accurate and timely collections, reconciliations, and budgeting aligned with company guidelines. You will also contribute to creating safe and vibrant property environments through diligent maintenance and inspections.

To achieve these objectives, the Community Manager will oversee daily property operations including cleanliness, safety, vendor coordination, and inspections. You will lead and develop a dedicated team, maintaining organized records such as leases, move-out reconciliations, renewals, and financial documentation. Supporting leasing activities and resident relations through professional communication and service is an essential part of this role. Collections and deposits will be managed according to company policies, and safety, curb appeal, and maintenance standards will be upheld with regular property walk-throughs. Compliance with fair housing laws, audits, and reporting requirements ensures the community operates ethically and transparently.

LSCRE offers monthly and annual performance-based bonuses to reward your contributions, alongside paid time off, numerous holidays and optional workdays, and discounted housing benefits that increase over time. Group medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as long-term disability and life insurance plans, contribute to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth. This role is fully in-person, offering the chance to work directly within the communities you help lead.

If you are a motivated leader with a passion for residential property management and a commitment to creating welcoming and efficient living spaces, LSCRE encourages you to apply today.
