The Color Mixer Specialist role at Sherwin-Williams is a part-time position located at Store #2313 in Clemmons, North Carolina, with up to 28 hours per week at a starting pay rate of $15.30 per hour. This position is critical for maintaining the high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction that Sherwin-Williams is known for. Color Mixer Specialists are responsible for accurately tinting and mixing paint products according to customer specifications, assisting customers by determining their needs, and recommending appropriate Sherwin-Williams products. In addition to customer interaction, Color Mixer Specialists manage inventory, stock shelves, maintain organized work order files, prepare paint drawdowns for customers, and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and store areas.
