The role of the Bilingual Team Lead (English/Spanish) within the Business Development Center (BDC) is a dynamic and rewarding position. Mentorship is a core element of this position, requiring you to assist and support BDC Representatives, helping them grow and succeed within the team. Job Duties
- Support the BDC manager with administrative responsibilities regarding daily operations, team productivity, and departmental performance when directed
- support the department by answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and answering AI chats that result in Service department appointments
- generate performance reports
- assist the BDC manager with BDC representative requests for time off, schedule changes, or other requests as needed
- assist and mentor BDC representatives when needed
- support the Service Management and Advisor teams when needed
- maintain accurate customer records and activity within the reservation system
- ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer requirements, and operational standards
- participate in ongoing training
