Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years of restaurant management experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
- mandatory liquor license
- food manager certification
- fluency in English and Spanish
- availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with flexibility during peak times
- ability to stand for 10-12 hours a day
- capability to perform tasks including walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work in a loud environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and varying weather conditions
