Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of restaurant management experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
  • mandatory liquor license
  • food manager certification
  • fluency in English and Spanish
  • availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with flexibility during peak times
  • ability to stand for 10-12 hours a day
  • capability to perform tasks including walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work in a loud environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and varying weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Adhere to company standards to enhance sales and reduce costs related to food, beverage, supplies, utilities, and labor
  • complete all financial and personnel-related administrative duties accurately and timely, in accordance with company policies
  • enforce hygiene practices for food handling and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • maintain a professional restaurant image, including cleanliness and staff appearance
  • implement security protocols to protect guests, employees, and company assets
  • manage shifts, making daily decisions and planning while upholding high standards
  • ensure exceptional guest service
  • handle complaints effectively to convert dissatisfied guests into repeat customers
  • investigate and resolve any food quality complaints
