Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years of restaurant management experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
- mandatory liquor license
- food manager certification
- fluency in English and Spanish
- availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with flexibility during peak times
- ability to stand for 10-12 hours a day
- capability to perform tasks including walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work in a loud environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and varying weather conditions

- Adhere to company standards to enhance sales and reduce costs related to food, beverage, supplies, utilities, and labor
- complete all financial and personnel-related administrative duties accurately and timely, in accordance with company policies
- enforce hygiene practices for food handling and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- maintain a professional restaurant image, including cleanliness and staff appearance
- implement security protocols to protect guests, employees, and company assets
- manage shifts, making daily decisions and planning while upholding high standards
- ensure exceptional guest service
- handle complaints effectively to convert dissatisfied guests into repeat customers
- investigate and resolve any food quality complaints
