The consultant will manage leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and necessary checks such as employment and credit verification. They are responsible for collecting security deposits, rent, and other charges associated with move-ins while communicating lease terms and community policies clearly to residents. Additionally, the consultant will ensure that apartments are prepared and move-in ready by coordinating inspections and addressing last-minute touch-ups.\n\nThe Leasing Consultant will also be a key player in marketing efforts to attract new residents through creative strategies and in managing lease renewals to maximize resident retention.
