As a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the face of the property management client, providing attentive and personalized assistance to prospective and current residents. Your role will entail guiding residents through the leasing process, answering inquiries, and ensuring all transactions comply with company policies. Job Requirements

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel and exposure to social media
Knowledge of leasing software is a plus including Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, MRI
Ability to work weekends as required

Job Qualifications

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Experience in leasing, customer service, sales, real estate, hospitality, or retail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Exposure to social media
Knowledge of leasing software such as Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, MRI is a plus
Ability to engage with diverse personalities effectively

Job Duties

Greet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and close leads
Assist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checks
Collect security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident move-ins
Communicate all lease and community policies to new and current residents
Follow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease
Ensure apartments are move-in ready by inspecting and adding last-minute touches when appropriate
Seek out new residents with creative marketing techniques
Manage the lease renewal process and retention efforts
Promptly respond to calls, emails, and inquiries
