Their communication skills must be top-notch to effectively convey lease and community policies and follow up on leads that do not convert immediately, thereby maximizing occupancy rates.

The role reports directly to the property manager and demands strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset. Successful candidates often have prior experience in leasing, customer service, sales, real estate, hospitality, or retail. Familiarity with leasing software such as Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, or MRI is considered an advantage though not mandatory.
