Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- Education or equivalent skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Fluency in English
- Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Consultative sales approach
- Self-motivated and self-assured
- High degree of integrity and tenacity
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Must live within assigned territory
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- Direct Money Transfer industry experience highly preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools
- Consultative sales approach
- Self-motivated, self-assured with integrity and tenacity
- Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Resides within assigned territory
Job Duties
- In-person visits to existing agents in Idaho, Montana, and East Washington, traveling 4-5 days per week
- Regular travel overnight once or twice per month as appropriate
- Grow the business by signing, training, and activating new offerings with existing retail agents and managing business development opportunities
- Manage existing network relationships to assure business continuity and growth
- Perform sales work in the field to meet and exceed transaction and revenue growth objectives
- Handle special projects including sales blitzes and hosting Customer Appreciation Events
- Build relationships with grassroots and community organizations
- Monitor competition status and report updates
- Provide weekly business reports
- Partner with support areas to resolve agent operational issues
- Analyze productivity reports and work within expense budgets
