The Bike Delivery Driver is tasked with the crucial responsibility of delivering Insomnia’s cookies, milk, and ice cream directly to customers in a timely and safe manner. Using a non-motorized bicycle, drivers navigate a small but busy delivery zone to ensure that orders are accurate and of the highest quality before departing the store. Drivers work with the company’s delivery app to provide real-time status updates to customers, ensuring a seamless and transparent delivery experience.
