Job Requirements
- Must have your own non-motorized bicycle in working order
- must have a smartphone with a data plan
- must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- must be 18 years or older to be employed

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- knowledge of the 1-mile radius around the store is a plus

Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
- use Insomnia Cookies delivery app according to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- represent the brand positively while on delivery routes
