Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must provide your own bike and helmet
Work as an In-shopper when there are no deliveries
Ability to hustle on the bike while being safe and law abiding
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to navigate downtown Nashville streets efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Basic math skills to manage cash handling
Punctuality and reliability

Job Duties

Learn the most efficient delivery routes in downtown Nashville
Double check orders to ensure all items are accounted for
Deliver sandwiches promptly while maintaining safety and abiding by traffic laws
Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly attitude
Work as an In-shopper during periods with no active deliveries
Handle cash and tips responsibly
Maintain personal bike and helmet to ensure safe operation
