Job Requirements
- Must be able to complete the new barista training program
- available to work 15-20+ hours per week, including weekend availability
- ability to perform physical tasks related to the role (standing, lifting, bending, etc.)

Job Duties
- Live our values by practicing and demonstrating PERC and company core values
- create a welcoming, friendly, and energetic atmosphere
- engage customers genuinely and enthusiastically
- help customers build customized drink and food orders
- maintain energy levels higher than the customers you serve
- memorize and follow flavor rules and recipes
- prepare hot, iced, and frozen beverages and food items correctly and consistently
- memorize and execute position priorities
- follow beverage-making, cleanliness, and safety procedures
- practice proper cash handling
- clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
- show up on time and in proper uniform
- support the team with additional tasks as assigned
