As a Housekeeper at BHOM Student Living in Columbia, SC, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of office rooms, clubhouse, model units, and amenity areas. This full-time position offers 30-40 hours per week and pays between $16.00 to $17.00 hourly. The Housekeeper will interact regularly with residents and staff, requiring a positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times. Responsibilities include cleaning vacant apartments after move-outs, performing deep cleans weekly, and managing supply inventories. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to company standards related to health and safety are critical for success in this role. The role supports a quality living experience and helps uphold the high standards BHOM is known for. The work schedule is generally Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
