Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous entertainment experience as a performer
Dancing and/or modeling experience
Excellent customer service skills
Must maintain the look and appearance for which originally cast
Must wear proper attire in a neatly groomed fashion
Must re-audition for the position periodically
Ability to balance a tray of drinks and distribute without spilling
Thorough knowledge of liquors, cocktails, beers, wines, bottle service and garnishes
Ability to multi-task
Effective communication skills in English
Professional telephone manner
Motivated, enthusiastic, organized and self-directed
Strong attention to detail
Able to work as a team player
Interpersonal skills for effective communication
Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
Mobility including bending, reaching to a height of 8ft and prolonged standing
Transporting, pushing, pulling and maneuvering items weighing up to 40 lbs
Normal sense of smell, touch, sound and vision range, including absence of color blindness
Eye and hand coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to understand and comply with company policies, regulations and union contracts
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
Must comply with state and local laws for alcohol service
Ability to work with money and credit cards

Job Duties

Participate in choreographed dance and/or singing routines to entertain guests
Prepare and serve beverages accurately following departmental policies
Serve food items during special events and occasions
Maintain an upbeat, alluring, and high-energy demeanor while interacting with guests
Present and open bottles of wine and champagne professionally
Garnish cocktails according to health department standards
Handle cash and register sales accurately
Complete bar setup, cleanup, and preparation for shifts or closure
Keep the bar clean and sanitary at all times
Stay informed on company special events and hours of operation
Direct activities of assigned bar porter
Exemplify core values, mission, vision, and DEI culture
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
