The Beverage Utility Clerk role at San Manuel is an essential support position within the Food and Beverage department, tasked with maintaining beverage self-serve stations, beverage cart fill stations, portable bar equipment, and bar storage areas. The position operates under the direction of the Supervisor Beverage and is vital to ensuring that beverage areas are clean, orderly, and fully stocked for efficient service operations. Responsibilities include servicing and restocking beverage stations with coffee, sodas, juices, and other necessary supplies, ensuring all areas present a clean and organized appearance. The Beverage Utility Clerk also manages the portable bars and storage areas, maintaining proper cleanliness and organization consistent with San Manuel standards. Additional responsibilities involve setting up and breaking down special function beverage stations and escorting beverage vendors through authorized back-of-house areas.
Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills in English and basic mathematical abilities to perform daily tasks with accuracy. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum three months related experience and/or training preferred
- minimum age of 21 years
- ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- able to perform basic mathematical operations
- maintain friendly and efficient service
- communicate clearly
- work well under pressure
- obtain and maintain Food Handler's Card
- obtain and maintain TIPS certification
- may be required to obtain a gaming license
- no driving responsibilities
- ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- must present neat and well-groomed appearance
